Parent Portal and eSchoolData Mobile Application Update

Dear Parents and Guardians,

At West Babylon UFSD, all parents/guardians get access EschoolData Parent Portal. Here is an important update regarding the login process for our Parent Portal. 

Please note that there is no registration process for the eSchoolData Parent Portal as the district processes all accounts with the associated information from registration paperwork and within our contact information located within our Student Information System.

We have revamped our Parent Portal Homepage-> (https://parentportal.eschooldata.com/WestBabylon) to present with a custom landing page for our district as shown in photo above. What is Eschool Parent Portal?

The eSchoolData Parent Portal functions as a secure, internet-based application enabling eligible parents and guardians to view detailed school records of their students, including announcements, grades, attendance, and health information, with specific content determined by the district's policies.

How to log in to the Parent Portal?

You can access the Parent Portal on our district website @ www.wbschools.org, primarily located on the District Page on the Golden bar.

Your login credential is your email address that is on file with the district. You can reset your password using the Forgot Password link as shown->

The eSchool app is an excellent supplement to the Parent Portal on-the-go! This application will be live and accessible as of 8-26-2026.
Parents can view information and stay connected with their child's progress in the classroom.

The app provides real-time updates on their child’s academic performance and engagement. This proactive approach can foster open communication between parents and students about educational challenges. Additionally, the app can help parents stay organized, enabling them to monitor important deadlines and school events, ultimately promoting a more supportive home environment. As the app is new it is evolving and updating with new features and fixes on their way!
